Bushes/shrubs

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9183679.

The shrubs/bush keeps overgrowing the top of the fence and overhanging into my garden. They need cut back to about 12inches below the top of the fence and maintained at that height so that I do not have to keep cutting back on my side several times throughout the year
