Height of trees blocks sunlight once leaves on also very close to houses

There are 2 trees very close together and one is very near to house fences. In the summer the trees blocks sunlight. There is also street lights next to the trees this was reported last year and nothing seems to have happen with the height of the trees. There is also wires that open reach have installed
