Obstruction to right of way

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9162589.

Outside number 6 Deneary street the path was obstructed by someone who had put a number of traffic cones and string across the path. He refused to move them when asked, this meant that myself and my grandchild could not access the path and had to walk on the road. This was met by aggression and verbal abuse from the man. This is not the first time it has happened.
