Cars , etc parking from post box above cornhill shop down to Collingwood entrance blocking safe routes , most of times bus shelter is blocked by cars ,IV missed bus 3 times this month as bus has not seen me , not much better on other side of road as many times lorry park up to use the shop, also I'm , taking my father from 9 st Helens gardens cornhill upon tweed, who is in a wheelchair, on many occasions IV had to unfortunately go on the main road to get passed parked vehicles , don't know if this area is a footpath , but I would like to think it was , many thanks Barry Clapham,
