Broken scaffolding

My house has scaffolding on and a joint that connects poles together has fallen off infront of my front door also I can't do my garden to my normal standard due to this being here. My dad also struggles to get in and out on his mobility scooter I need it down work was completed over 3 months ago within a few days of this going up im really worried its going to collapse on me my kids or family members I don't know how else to ask for it down asap I also know alot of my neighbours are complaining about it too
