Cars parked on grass verge damaging grass and parked all over the road even alongside chevrons

The car sales company is still parking their cars for sale on the grass verge outside the showroom to the extent that there is little grass left. This grass is public property and although reported a number of times this is still happening. Also the garage is using the public highway (Glebe Road) to park their cars making it difficult for people leaving glebe mews on foot and also for drivers to turn in the turning area to the side of the garage. They also park on choppington road alongside the chevrons making overtaking them difficult- I always thought it was illegal to park next to chevrons if it makes other users drive on them.
