Rubbish dumped

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9093867.

Once again down the back of Katherine/Portia Street there has been rubbish dumped. Outside of number 7 or 9 Portia Street there was a plastic box with bars of some kind in it. It looks like the contents have been emptied out and the plastic box taken away. Outside number 17 Portia Street there is an old cot mattress and child's chair, these have been there at least 4 weeks now, so the council vans that apparently come around every 2 weeks are either not doing their jobs properly or they are ignoring the stuff that's being dumped. The streets in the Hirst area are an absolute disgrace.
