Trampoline middle of street due to wind

Due to high and heavy winds last night a trampoline has blown onto the road. I’m not sure who it belongs to but it’s all damaged. It be had to mov it there and wedge it into the bushes as it was close to hitting my car and it was also causing an obstruction. The trampoline is damaged so I can’t imagine it whoever it belongs to is going to put it back in their garden. Could this be removed as soon as possible to prevent further injury.
