It has been like this for a few weeks. I assumed the bin men might report it.

    As the photos show - rotten wood strewn on the grass. This is a designated nature reserve. The Friends of Holywell Dene working party work tirelessly to protect preserve, maintain and improve it. NCC need to do their bit.

    The collapsed fence has gone. The rotten supports remain. There are now council railings in the bushes. (See photo)

    I can't see if the old fence has been removed as this area is currently covered with hay and wood that has been fly tipped. I have reported it.
