A Abandoned Vehicle problem has been found

3 Years ago one of the neighbours passed away leaving his van outside the house on the grass (ex council houses grassed area outside is owned by NCC) The van is still there no matter how much we have tried to communicate with the family they seem to be ignoring. Nobody has touched the van in 3 years so it is now in disrepair and weeds are growing around the vehicle. It has no TAX OR MOT. Neighbours would really like the vehicle removed.
