Road riddled with potholes between Leamington lane and overgrass

Leamington lane to overgrass is severely potholed and rutted.I have uploaded 1photo but could easily upload 15-20 photos of similar potholes that easily meet NCC repair criteria.This road is potentially damaging to vehicles, and is a big risk for cyclists,horse riders and pedestrians and in my opinion requires serious attention
