Due to the dumping of house hold waist & furniture in the properties opposite me there has been an increase of rats. They usually stay in the alley & go between the 2 dirty houses but they are now coming into my garden. I'm petrified to go out now or open my doors. Something must be done about the state of the properties on Oswald & Emmerson Road Newbiggin by the Sea
