The sad thing is you claim to have fixed this. Yes, some tar has been thrown down on the two big potholes. However, as you can see, there are long ruts down the middle of the road and further potholes just to the south. There are loose stones everywhere which must be a skid hazard. And the drains are all blocked because of the loose stones.
