A Flooding problem has been found

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 09:09, Tuesday 3 March 2026

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9034676.

Pin is only approximate.

Location: On the B6320 between Hareshaw head cottages and the Kielder T-junction, after dip in the road.

Problem: Several years ago, the pipe under the road was replaced but it doesn’t run straight and is a smaller size than before, so when it rains, the land has to take all the water and floods, as shown in the pictures attached. But on the opposite side of the road, the pipe is three times the size and this field does not flood.

Possible solutions: Pipe needs replacing with a much bigger pipe and straightened under the road.
