Deep pothole and damage to car

This road has now broke 2 of my wheels within a 3 month period it has cost me £1000 of pounds as I had to get a full new set of wheels after the first incident. I have to now take my new wheel to get repaid as these cost me £1600. I would appreciate if this could be paid for.i have images if requested.
