Household waste thown into garden not using the bins provided by yourselves

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8999703.

This is worse than before the smell and rats are terrible bins. for the property are not even been used the household rubbish is going out back door .no exit on this property and a fire hazard too our house there is hundreds of bags all over the back garden more and more everyday can someone come and see please it's .been over three years the photos do not show the extent of the problem thank you
