Rubbish being chucked outside & fly tipping created by others & house is vacant majority of time.. litter & Rubbish including an old saw rusted all outside including building Rubbish paints etc not sure how safe any of this is for animals & humans. Owner of house owns the advertising scaffolding company on house too. Not 1st time this has happened.
