A Fly-tipping problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8954439.

Recently moved into this property and says there is a bin outside that is marked as a Newcastle Council bin. It has been dumped there and is not hers, she has asked her neighbours and it has just 'appeared' it only has a few bits in it but needs removed Can we please go out and remove this?
