A Tyre, and other items, dumped in back lane

Hello

A tyre has been left in the back lane between upper Howick street and Percy terrace. Can this be taken away please? It was at the top now its moving around. Also a stone block has been left on the lane towards the bottom by Lisbon street. And a yellow scaffolding tube. All of these have been in the lane for a month or so now. It would be great if they could all be removed.
