A Abandoned Vehicle problem has been found

An abandoned horse box has been in the street for at least 4 years, it has started to grow moss and its got green all over it. There are mice living inside of it meaning they could start going into the properties. It is in a state of disrepair and is not being looked after. Nobody has touched it in the time its been there. please can it be removed before the mice start spreading round the street.
