Protrusion of 2 inches caused me to trip and fall heavily on my way back feom work at 18:40 on 12/2.

Very dangerous, especially given the recent conditions. If I were an elderly or disabled person this could have been more serious.

As ive fallen heavily on my right arm and elbow, given my job, I will seek medical attention if necessary, tomorrow.
