Trees and Bushes overgrown

Reported via mobile in the Nuisance or dangerous trees on private land category anonymously at 16:53, Wednesday 11 February 2026

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8896107.

The bushes and trees at White damhead coming from berwick down the hill and over the bridge there is poor visibility. It is a single track road and both ways you cannot see if anything is coming. This is bad in the winter but worse in the summer. They are also hanging over into the road so can damage or scratch vehicles. This could be private land and ownership but no way of finding out or contacting. When the hedges are cut these bushes are not included. It is a cycle route so can be very dangerous if a cyclist is going one way and a car the other. It's bad enough with cars. There is zero visibility.
