Persistent dog fouling on the Quay Walls

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8892044.

Would it be possible to put up a sign asking people not to allow their dogs to foul the pavement and steps to people's homes. Irresponsible owners are not cleaning up after their dogs.
