Waste overflowing

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8887320.

Waste from this house this covered in scafolding is now streaming into the street and on paths. During bad weather the rubbish blows into gardens and on the street. There is currently a air fry box, a cat toilet and bits of bubble wrap on the path next to the house.
