Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8877930.

There is a bin bag of rubbish next to a 'zig zag' road sign to be collected.

There is also a council 'keep space from horses' sign. This has broken off in high winds. It's at risk of blowing onto the road. It needs exposing of, or ideally, new holes put in it and ttied to the post with cable ties again.
