The fence supporting the steep steps has broken in half and what remains is totally rotten making the path very dangerous

This path is very steep and has been in a poor state for quite sometime the steps are now nearly non existent making it very dangerous particularly with all the recent wet weather. The fence is rotten and gives no support.
