The rubbish in the rear of this property is getting worse and has been flagged numerous times to NCC. A fridge has appeared lately and nothing has been done in 10 months to resolve with homeowner and this property is now a dumping ground. The gully outside of this property has alleged concrete poured down and has been blocked for a few years. This Gulley has also been reported a number of times but needs further attention.
