Excessive littering

I have reported littering in this area on numerous occasions. The problem is briefly resolved, however, rubbish along the length of the road into hedgerows and woodland immediately builds up. It is unsightly and hazardous to wildlife. The whole area is an absolute dump to the point I am embarrassed to drive through the area with visitors. Your locality has become one big rubbish tip and broader thinking and a dynamic approach is desperately required. I have never lived in such a place that could be beautiful but is ruined by the amount of litter and detritus which engulfs the area. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT
