There's about 10 black bags and kids toys next to the blue clothing bin outside the Spartans club! They have been there since December time

There's a build up of black bags and numerous kids toys - believe there's a Xmas tree and possibly baby equipment such as car seat and highchair? It's been there since December but more stuff keeps being added to the piles and it needs to be cleared! The kids toys keep getting blown around and it's becoming a mess and an easy target for dumping unfortunately. The clothing bin seems to be full but don't know who's responsible for it either??

  • There has been another load of bags placed there the day after the first lot was removed! It's a constant issue it seems! 😞
