Road is wearing away...mess is everywhere

I reported the increasingly poor state of the lower end of Southend Avenue blyth.The issue wasnt just the fact the road is breaking up in front of our eyes and needs to be repaired.You've already said the potential pot holes are not a priority.The other issue(that others have reported) is increasing road debris/gravel/tarmac that not only covers most of the length of the road, But also covers the footpaths. Again when I reported this before I did ask if you could deploy road sweepers to sweep up the mess.Usually you'd see a road sign warning of loose chippings..which cause damage to vehicles. To I ask again if you're not going to repair the road can you please send a team out to sweep the paths then send out the road sweeper to collect the mess from the road.
