Carpets been dumped on grass by residents of 4 Norwich close

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8843020.

The tenants from 4 Norwich close (Joe cairns and Cherri Jackson) has dumped carpet thats been outside there door for over a year on the grass coming in to Rochester close
