Road surface breaking up

Church road, Wylam, northbound. Further to the pothole which has already been reported it seems that the road surface is breaking up for quite a distance up the road and down the road from this pothole. Unless this is addressed properly at the same time as the pot hole we could have a similar situation as we have on Wylam bridge.
