Parking issues on the road at school times. Been quite a few near misses and people are having to reverse down the whole 1 side of the road due to parked cars at school times.

We have passed the information you provided onto the Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO) for this location, however, we must confirm a CEO can only enforce a vehicle that is parked in contravention of a Traffic Regulation Order, for example, where there are yellow lines or signage displayed preventing them from parking.
