Edge of road defective, drain blocked

Edge of road is defective and drain keeps blocking. Huge puddle accumulates and keeps washing away our dry stone wall, livestock will escape on to a busy road and cause an accident if this is not addressed properly. Also tenants down at Heathery Hall (NE71 6EU) have complained that the track leading down to the farm has a bad pothole that is damaging their cars.
