Tree unstable on drive next to powerline and potentially may reach the road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8784883.

Since yesterday the tree roots are lifting and rik of falling towards road and or powerlines. This part of the drive is not owned by us.
