The street nameplate for Southfields in Acklington is on the verge outside 11 Acklington Road, I live at 11 Southfields and our deliveries are sometimes going to 11 Acklington Road. My wife recently died and was having palliative care at home. A couple of times the district nurses when called in the night went to the wrong house. Could you advise if this problem can be resolved. Thank you
