"Passing places"

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8748973.

The valley is in dire need of passing places. A few have been naturally carved out but due to the weather they have been rendered unusable in anything other than a 4x4 due to the mud in them and on the road. All we need is for them to be levelled out and a small patch of tarmac put on - then people might actually be able to use them.
