Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8685748.

Open reach are doing works and have blocked the footpath. Have to walk on road for two cars long. It is also beside the new school where there are large lorries turning in and there are 3 way traffic lights. Someone in a wheelchair would not be able to pass and pushchair would have to go on the road. Needs immediate attention. Thank you

    During my inspection the footway opposite the new school was clear. The footway on the same side of the school is closed but the appropriate signage is in place for pedestrians to use the footway on the opposite side. No further action necessary.
