Drain not able to clear standing water

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8680745.

Drain is regularly blocked after heavy rain causing the footpath to become impassable until the water slowly drains away over a number of dry days. This is the main route to seaton Delaval station from Whytrigg Close
