Dog fowling on front garden grass

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8673975.

Dogs off leads on cycle track going onto front garden and persistently fowling. I am aware of identity of one offender who lives in Highburn and lets 2 brown spaniels off the leads and turns a blind eye to her dogs fowling. Dog warden patrol required as signs don't help.
