Footpath opposite Bullring

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8666722.

The panels erected by the builders have blown down for the 2nd time recently and each time the panels blow down they block the pavement/footpath which means pedestrians have to use the highways which is a safety issue.
