SB64CKF, it has had flat tyres for months. Both the MOT and tax have expired.

  • I can see a letter has been attached to the window approx 1 week after reporting but nothing has happened since. The letter is still there and the plastic pocket it is in is now full of rain water, and the cat has not been moved.
