Bin 0186 requires refilling please PLUS

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8659483.

There is some grit in the bin but it is compacted and we can't get it out , could you dig it out please. This has been like this for 2 to 3 years.
