No sign for footpath parallel to blind-side of bridge

Reported via desktop in the Damaged / Missing / Facing Wrong Way category by terrance chapman at 21:05, Thursday 8 January 2026

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8650674.

Frequently groups of walkers heading east over the Thropton Bridge use the narrow roadbridge instead of the footbridge hidden by the opposite bridge parapit. This bridge is at the bottom of a steep hill with a blind approach to the bridge.
