Road condition Cement Cracked and sinking FixMyStreet ref: 8591920 Work had been done however Tarmac been used on a cement road In other areas this has failed using Tarmac Utilities use cement why not NCC? Also the repair is raised and edges does not meet the road surface edge and is loose material
