Excessive number of bins outside of specsavers not taken in

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8644481.

Since spec savers have opened they are leaving at least 4 maybe more bind pluse a large pavement sign these bins look awful strewn they should be taken in an out out when collection is due they had dog poo bag hanging from one yesterday hazard for vision impaired sighted people and wheelchairs who use the shop really looks shabby and unkempt and a rodent attraction when food shop next door seems lazy that they are being left rather than taken in side if no rear access they need removed
