Horrendous ice on roads and pathways

The whole road and footpaths are dangerous and extremely unsafe to walk on. This estate has a lot of children try to get to and from school and a serious accident will happen. Either a fall or a car .its ridiculous that its not reguarly done as its right next to numerous schools. I have health condition and if i fall on that it would seriously do some damage
