New grit bin on steep junction

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8635299.

Would it be possible to request a new grit bin near the junction of prospect Avenue and Avenue Road (opposite NHS). The hill is steep to get out of and is used by double decker buses as well as general traffic. I struggled to get out of the junction in a 4x4 due to the slipperiness. This route is not routinely gritted.
