Lamp not working 1065H

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8631639.

A man was out today (5th) and worked on the lamp. At 6pm the light was working. On my way home at 7:45pm the light was not working. I had to walk down two lots of steps in the dark.
