Road condition last 300 yards leading up to traffic lights is shocking

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8618613.

Road condition is shocking on the left lane you take to turn left for the A19 on this roundabout on the approach to the roundabout. This has been like this for years ( literally) why or how is it never repaired??

Road is broken up so badly when braking at 40mph to stop at the traffic lights it can easily cause a vehicle to loose control or traction and cause the vehicle to carry on onto the roundabout on a red light.
